Ways of Shipment / Shipping

All products are sent by courier service to the place you have indicated in the "Delivery" step during your order. Pick-ups are also carried out from our headquarters stores without charge.

GREECE

The fixed delivery cost for your orders is 5€.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 80€.
The cost can be changed in case of high volume or weight always after consultation with the customer.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery is not available for personalized products. This is because, due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot reuse them on other orders. When we create personalized products, they are made specifically for you, based on the exact preferences and needs you have requested, making them impossible to reuse or resell.

 

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery of products purchased from the website www.ichnosart.gr is carried out within 7 working days from the date of order,
Delivery times may increase in the event of holidays or heavy workload. Carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.
For orders placed via bank transfer, the delivery time begins to count from the confirmation of payment by sending the payment receipt to info@ichnosart.gr. Our company is not responsible for delays due to events beyond its control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather events) and in any other case that may cause a delay in the delivery time.

 

DELIVERY FAILURE

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, the driver will leave a note explaining how to pick up your order.
